we recommend a bottle of the famous Blanc Pescador 26. This is the traditional 'Baby Cava' match that is perfect with seafood paellas.

Our house speciality is a deep coloured paella cooked using spanish broken fideua noodles, instead of the more well known rice, in a heavily flavoured fish stock and saffron. We serve al dente and topped with a mass of shellfish, white fish and crustaceans.
