From The Spanish Deli to The Tapas Bar and from The Market Place (comprising Baker, Green Grocer, Fish Monger and Butcher) to The Wine Shop, the menu comprises a host of premium Spanish meats, cheeses, fish and olives and includes traditional Spanish and contemporary Spanish inspired dishes, using quality seasonal produce and offers a host of well-priced and varied Spanish wines.
Market to us means 'freshness' and this is exemplified by the kitchen team who work hard daily to produce freshly prepared dishes from fresh ingredients and even bake our very own bread in house every day of the week using our unique sourdough starter and organic flour.
The Market Place menu changes throughout the year depending on what is available from our suppliers, including meat and fish as well as seasonal vegetables. There’s also specials available which change on a daily basis and also a number of special cocktails and a list of special Spanish wines for something a little bit different.
The Spanish Deli showcases a host of the finest imported meats, cheeses, olives & seafood from the length and breadth of Spain alongside seasonal British oysters.

A celebration of some of the quality, local produce of Sussex using cooking methods inspired by the cuisine and kitchen of Spain.
These beef steaks come from award winning local Trenchmore Farm who also produce the amazing 'Silly Moo' Cider the bi-product of which, apple pulp, is fed to the slow grown herd which makes the farm more sustainable but also adds to the character of this amazingly tasty and marbled meat.
